This place is situated in a beautiful building in a fantastic location, near the city center with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby.

Private parking on site provided. Above average breakfast with cappuccino and bacon and eggs, for example❤👍👍

All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Reception Staff went out of their way to provide maps of local places to visit, parking locations and interesting places to visit and dine away from hotel, and were always willing to help us improve our italian! - grazie mille. The restaurant provides a very good value dinner menu of the day - 25 euro including water and glass of wine - in addition to a la carte menu. Our room was quite large and we liked that we could get fresh air at night by closing the balcony shutters and leaving the inner doors open with the curtains pulled to minimise bugs.

My only minor criticisms would be the low level of lighting in the walk in dressing room and the lack of written instructions on how room fixtures and fittings worked - but staff were quickly available to explain if needed

The internet was broke for a couple of days.

Everything was spotless at this new place, the breakfast was affordable and fantastic with a variety of meats, bacon, and eggs, plus the central location was set in a beautiful natural environment.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was easy close to Bologna airport as well as Italy for internet access. Excellent service, though a few employees were just terrible. The staff was very amiable - I would love to return.

This charming little hotel has absolutely stunning views, clean pool and free parking on-site. A nice touch is also the cool beverages in the poolside bar.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming country hotel with stunning views. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the countryside scenery. The pool was refreshing and the perfect place to relax. The meals were delicious, especially the authentic Italian cuisine. The attentive staff made us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met. we highly recommend Villa Cappugi for a great and enjoyable stay.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is too far from the Pistoia city centre to walk. You need a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, situated in the quiet and safe Albaro residential area just outside the bustling old city center of this city. We loved being able to easily access both the beach and the city center. The hotel's proximity to Bocadasse was a huge plus for us, as we enjoyed exploring the charming seaside village. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We felt safe and secure with the protected outdoor parking, which was a great convenience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests. The transportation options were excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy for us to get around. a fantastic experience.

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was very clean, the food was excellent and the pool area is very nice too. The staff on reception were always very helpful and answered all our questions efficiently. We had a lovely stay.
